3 Key Consulting is hiring a Strategic Planning and Execution Manager for a consulting engagement with our direct client, a leading global biopharmaceutical company.
Job Description: Our client is seeking a Strategic Planning & Execution Manager as part of the broader Combination Product Quality (CPQ) team. The CPQ Business Office team remains closely connected to the overall business for the management of end-to-end Final Product, working with peers to translate information from the market to drive continuous improvement in systems and client’s products.
The Strategic Planning & Execution Manager serves as a member of the Combination Product Quality Business Office. The qualified candidate applies expertise in strategic projects, business and data analysis, operations excellence (OE), and business resilience, with focus on complaints and surveillance, to enhance the way data is used to inform and make recommendations regarding impact to post marketed product and future product improvements. This individual will participate in a variety of initiatives and projects to address interesting challenges and unmet needs that apply across combination product quality.
Top Must-Have Skill Sets:
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering preferred
Must have Pharma/Biotech/Medical device background
Excellent problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to bring structure to scope problem solving approach and manage execution
Ability to translate manual processes to automated applications (e.g. Smartsheet)
Must have Smartsheet experience
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Manage and execute a portfolio of continuous improvement (CI) initiatives that span one or multiple functions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for identification of insights and delivering improvement opportunities across CPQ, as well as ultimately derive business value
Report on project success criteria results, metrics, and deployment management activities
Partner with CPQ network of OE resources and project managers to deliver critical initiatives by utilizing CI methods and tools to effectively realize business results
Support functions to accelerate digital innovation (ADI) by simplifying processes and implementing workflow tools that systematically integrate data and automate processes
Build strong relationships with Quality, Process Development, and Supply Chain to ensure continuous improvement is aligned with Quality Management System
Support maturity of deploying client’s lean business system practices within CPQ functions by delivery of continuous improvement and productivity projects
Synthesize information and insights into executive summaries and presentations for senior management
Be agile in working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment with teams not directly in a reporting structure to meet deliverables and timelines
Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools to mature capabilities for the organization
