3Key Consulting is looking for an Associate Research Operations analyst for a leading, international pharmaceutical company headquartered in Thousand Oaks, CA.
 
Description:
Highly motivated Research Associates to be part of an Innovative Future Workforce team. The role will be responsible for performing a landscape evaluation on creative staffing solutions used across industries. Day-to-day responsibilities will include reading articles and books on creative staffing solutions, and collectively summarizing the learnings. If successful, the role may be (but not necessarily) extended into the next phase of transforming the learnings into an Amgen implementation. This second phase would require identifying internal roadblocks to implementation and suggest solutions to overcome them. In addition, it may also include supporting roll-out of proof-of-concept examples with pre-identified Amgen projects where create staffing solutions would be an ideal fit.

Bachelor's degree complete or near-complete.

Open for remote worker.
Hours: Regular hours (flexible)
 
Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:
  1. Be able to identify commonalities across the literature and synthesize them into themes
  2. Be personable, as aspects of the research may involve phone interviews with other companies
  3. Be able to manage their own time and work towards predefined timelines for deliverables
 
 
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Read articles and books on creative staffing solutions. Collectively summarize
a. What are the Pros?
b. What are the Cons?
c. What are the roadblocks to implementation?
d. What are the drivers pushing the change?
e. What industries or company culture are necessary for successful implementation?
f. What types of projects or scope-of-work are more amenable to implementation?
 
If successful and the CW fit is good, the role may be (but not necessarily) extended into the next phase of transforming the learnings into an Amgen implementation.
