3Key Consulting Inc. is looking for Associate Training & Development with project coordination skills and good level of IS skills and experience, for a global, CA-based, bio-pharmaceutical company.
Perform complex administrative and project coordination/ management activities, which may include compiling data, preparing spreadsheets and reports, and occasionally assisting supervisor with project management activities. Manage and monitor the processing/creation/revision of documents required for each project to ensure documents are effective per deliverable date. Collects data from multiple sources/systems, and imports data into various tools to manipulate large data sets. Other responsibilities will include pulling training reports using Cognos, compiling, formatting, creating, and editing a number of MS Excel documents. Additional responsibilities include performing special projects requested by supervisor and provide supervisor with status and activity reports. Partner with training managers to support project deliverables. Ensure consistent and accurate reporting. Ability to interact constructively with peers and clients. Good project management skills. Good analytical skills. Should be organized, reliable, and respond promptly to requests. Perform tasks independently with minimal supervision, in addition to working on teams to accomplish tasks. Coordination with the project team and project manager is essential. Organizational skills needed, including the ability to follow assignments through to completion.

Please Note: Not looking for someone with higher level and IS experience. Need someone who has project coordination skill sets (document tracking, SharePoint online, pulling reports, analytics skill sets, clean up data, reviewing PowerPoint, reviewing spreadsheets, EDMQ work, Cognos reports etc.).

Basic Qualifications:
• GMP background
• Perform tasks independently with minimal supervision
• MS Excel: Intermediate to advanced skills - formatting, creating, editing
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Able to coordinate and manage project tasks, as directed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Problem solving abilities
• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in Training and Development
• Document Management System Support - EDM Quality
• Cognos reporting tool
• MS SharePoint experience
• MS Project
