3Key Consulting Inc. is looking for a Principal IS Business Systems Analyst with 7 – 10 years’ experience in business process mapping and supply chain/SAP information systems for a global, CA-based, bio-pharmaceutical company.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have experience in Supply Chain and working with IS systems.  The Analyst will work within the Operations IS (OIS) group to support the Global Supply Chain business organization. The Analyst will contribute to the success of Operations IS functions by making fundamental improvements in how information is managed, business processes are operated, physical processes are controlled, and work flow is directed to efficiently achieve the integration and orchestration of all activities required for supply chain and will attend strategic cross-functional meetings to facilitate the optimization of processes through implementation of solutions that enable enterprise-wide information knowledge management. The Operations Information Systems team supports the Manufacturing and Supply Chain

Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Mapping business processes during discovery process to define requirements and link them to the business requirements document.
  • If existing capability, will leverage the I-server mapping and the business SME to define the process map if not already existing.
    • If new capability the resource will map the process, stabilize it, and handover.
  • Work with the Business process owner to drive the global standardization and alignment of the metric requirements across network.
    • Depending on the state of the metric will vary depending on the state of the metric.
    • If the metric is currently owned by someone on Business SME team.
  • Coordinate the UAT testing/Conference Room Pilot (CRP)- communication and organization.
    • Assist the BPM to perform the business Sign Off.
    • Facilitate the UAT Execution.
  • Review requirement documentation for content as pre-read prior to submitting to the Project Team for review.
  • Change Management: Ensure project objectives are on time by increasing employee adoption and usage. Will focus on changes to business processes and systems.
  • Actively engage with business users to analyze business needs, gather and document business and solution requirements around integrations with Data Sources and Analytic Solutions.
  • Provide guidance to project teams on defining business needs, articulating solutions and approaches for addressing business needs, and presenting business cases for proposed solutions.
  • Lead the technical design, development, testing, implementation, and support of key projects and data visualization, dashboards & reporting
  • Review project deliverables throughout development to ensure quality and traceability to requirements and adherence to all quality management plans and standards.
  • Manage the backlog of requirements/user stories and oversee requirement specifications.
  • Prepare and maintain communication materials like roadmaps, position papers, presentations, demos, playbooks and socialize the materials with business clients and partner IS services.
