3Key Consulting Inc. is recruiting for an  Associate Quality Control with background in Healthcare, biopharma or  related to industries, for a global, CA-based, bio-pharmaceutical company.

Job Description & Day to Day Responsibilities:
In the first 30 days the worker will be expected to fully engage in the training that will be provided, ask questions and take part in performing activities such as labeling sample containers, checking out reference standards and CF booklets as well as provide client support at the service window. The activities performed will start to exponentially accelerate after a month or two. Based on how quickly the individual comes up to speed, the attention to detail they demonstrate, along with their attitude would determine if this placement was successful.
 
Activities:
  • Perform one or more sample courier routes daily where samples are picked up from manufacturing and processed for laboratory testing purposes
  • Help with addressing requests at Sample Management receiving window
  • Perform stability pulls and sample submissions
  • Working with various electronic systems including LIMS, Maximo and MS Office
  • Checking out reference standards and controlled form booklets
  • Logging samples in LIMS •Fulfill reserve sample requests
  • Shipping samples
  • Receiving in shipments of samples and reading temperature monitoring devices
  • Labeling sample containers
  • Receiving samples in LIMS
  • Perform sample disposals
  • Performs periodic cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment
  • Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 25lbs.
 
Must have skills:
  1. Bachelor's Degree
  2. Customer Service/Support role with a background in Healthcare or something transferrable
  3. A good attitude and aptitude are key- (please ensure candidates are properly prepped for the interview)
