3Key Consulting is looking for an Sr Associate Business Analyst for a leading, international pharmaceutical company headquartered in Thousand Oaks, CA.
Responsible for creation and management of databases of information to help inform future strategy as well as overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of project-oriented work efforts. Candidate will create databases to track relationships with Academic Institutions for the Academic Interface Strategic Innovation Focus Area. Engage external stakeholders to gather large sets of unstructured data and assemble them into user-friendly databases. Work with team leads to align on meaningful metrics which inform future strategy with Academic partners. Once established key responsibilities include: database maintenance, user training and support, and data assembly and visualization for reports out to senior leaderships.
Additionally, the team member establishes and implements project management processes to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and adhere to high quality standards. Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts, identifying resource needs, and escalating workstream timeline/milestone issues appropriately. Coordinates communication and activities with external functions that impact the scope, budget, risk, resources, and successful implementation of the work effort being managed. Must possess advanced knowledge and proficiency in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques.
This is an individual contributor role without human resource management responsibilities (e.g., hiring, performance management). Manages one or more projects of medium to high complexity.
Top Must have Skill Sets:
Database creation and management, PMP Certificate or Previous project management experience, self-motivated and able to handle many projects simultaneously
Management of information gathering, database maintenance, and information tracking of centralized academic commitments across various workstreams.
Maintenance and creation of projected communications to external functions via PowerPoint slides
Building and maintenance of a team SharePoint site.
Estimation of timelines, tracking of deliverables, managing and tracking budget, coordinating and rolling up work across various project workstreams
