3Key Consulting Inc. is recruiting for a Project Manager with experience in large scale system implementation for a global, CA-based, bio-pharmaceutical company.
 
Job Description:
This role is as a project manager supporting the implementation of a contracts and pricing system that enables multi billion dollars in discounts and rebates to payers, providers and wholesalers.


Ideal Candidate:
  • Strong project management experience (at least 5 years, 10 years preferred)
  • Large scale system implementation experience including coordinating cross functional teams in a complex environment
  • Knowledgeable about requirements gathering best practices
  • Experience establishing post implementation plans for hypercare - preferred
  • Industry experience
  • Experience in healthcare or pharma systems
  • Experience implementing validated systems using formal testing tools like ALM
  • Working knowledge of US or Global Commercial Operations - Preferred
  • Communication Written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Learning agility
  • Able to come up to speed quickly
  • Strong critical thinking skills

Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with IS lead for the StratUS project (contracts and pricing operations management system) to drive specific activities forward including coordinating across SPC-IS, IS partners, business partners and vendors (Deloitte, Capgemni, Cognizant, etc)
  • Work closely with SPC IS BAs, project management leads to track the progress of critical activities to support Chargeback, Utilization based rebates and Sales based rebates
  • Attend daily stand ups
  • Follow up on progress of project critical activities
  • Track and provide updates on any risks or issues
  • Draw connections about interdependencies and escalate risks, gaps or potential issues to StartUS IS lead
  • Draft executive level communications on status of workstreams

Day to Day Responsibilities
  • Ramp up on StratUS project to understand interdependencies across Amgen systems
  • Understand high level project timeline, risks and dependencies
  • Meet with the team and develop relationships with key stakeholders
