3Key Consulting is looking for a Sr Associate Training & Development for a leading, international pharmaceutical company headquartered in Thousand Oaks, CA.
Job Summary:
Requesting a Training Development specialist to develop SharePoint sites for staff access and consumption of existing vendor-provided content and to support the broader Learning & Performance team's remit. This person would work under the direction of the Global Learning & Performance team. Key activities include information and content gathering for site development, SharePoint workflow and form design, prototyping, light project management work and general team support as needed. 

This contract position would be working alongside a Learning & Performance team using Scrum methodology in a next-generation, high-tech workspace in Thousand Oaks, CA and Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate should have strong visual design, content organizational, analytic and user-centric design thinking skills and be able to work effectively in a highly collaborative and matrix environment. Excellent SharePoint and organizational skills are a must along with the ability to manage multiple timelines and facilitate meetings. 

Some additional tasks may be assigned to support overall aims of program or Global Learning & Performance team. This position is to backfill an existing resource on LOA. Extension may be requested.

Top Must have Skill Sets: 1. SharePoint skills - creating and revamping Sharepoint sites will be the majority of the work 2. Excellent Design and Content Organizational skills 3. Analytic skills (e.g. Business Analysis, Performance Analysis)

Day-To-Day Responsibilities: Developing and updating SharePoint sites Working with points of contacts at technology vendors to gather information needed for sites Running analytics on usage Managing LMS data updates

Red Flags: No SharePoint skills. No experience working in or with Learning/Training groups
