3Key Consulting is looking for an Associate Project Management Coordinator for a leading, international pharmaceutical company headquartered in Thousand Oaks, CA.
Support project management activities for Amgen advocacy policy team based in Washington DC. Coordinate technical requirements of meetings including projector, laptop, and teleconference requirements. Take and/or type meeting minutes. Aid in various administrative tasks regarding project budgets and schedules, such as monitoring purchase orders and project spend, and posting items to specific project folders per company protocol. Maintain information including schedules, budgets, and project information via company applications. Should be organized, reliable, and respond promptly to requests. Must be able to perform tasks independently with minimal supervision, in addition to working to accomplish tasks. MS Office proficiency ; strong written and verbal skills Basic Educational Requirement: High-school diploma or GED.
3+ years of experience working in a corporate environment.

: Organization, Effective Communication, Attention to Detail. Excellent experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
Manage Compliance/Legal review process for Summits and policy events, schedule and track project-specific and operational activities relating to the Alliance Development department; support and coordinate priority projects for alliance development efforts in Advocacy by generating key research and material approved for external use; Manage Budget process. Coordinate and monitor sponsor process (various stakeholders submitting sponsorship requests).

Support additional workload. This person would be charged with maintaining compliance records for approved speakers and organization of Summit events.
