3 Key Consulting is hiring a Quality Control Senior Associate for a consulting engagement with our direct client, a leading global biopharmaceutical company.
 
Job Description:
Our idea candidate is someone who has Maximo experience, processing work orders and speaking with vendors and getting POs created. Someone who has worked for JLL or similar life sciences company has been a good fit in this role. Vendor management is also very helpful with this type of supporting role.  Under general supervision, this position will:
  • Provide general support to the System Owners.
  • Work daily in Maximo generating and routing work orders, salvaging and inactivating equipment, and revising job plans.
  • Interact often with vendors while maintaining functional stability of equipment by troubleshooting issues with lab staff.
  • Ad hoc projects as requested.
  • Interact with lab staff to assess equipment needs.
  • Contacting vendors to perform maintenance, review service reports, and coordinate/schedule the work.
  • Lead point of contact for submitting and managing purchase order requests.
  • Keep track of various ongoing activities and track to completion.
  • Project Management and change control experience skill set (desired, but not required).
  • Contributes to the completion of milestones associated with specific projects or activities within team.
  • Participate in audits, initiatives, and projects that may be departmental or organizational in scope.

Top Must-Have Skill Sets:
  • Experience with Maximo or other Preventative Maintenance/Corrective Maintenance (PM/CM) System in relation to lab or manufacturing equipment.
  • Someone who has worked in the industry is also a plus.
  • Great customer service skill set and organization skills in dealing with internal and external clients.
  • Strong ability to stay on top of tasks and track to closure

Basic Qualifications:
Diploma or G.E.D required
