3 Key Consulting is hiring a Senior Veeva System Analyst for a consulting engagement with our direct client, a leading global biopharmaceutical company.
 
Job Description:
The candidate will be an active participant in the Regulatory Promotion Operations IS partnership including the Veeva Vault PromoMats software enhancement and business design process, meeting business client expectation and requirement scope management, requirements elicitation. Since a majority of the Regulatory Promotions applications portfolio consists of Vault PromoMats, the focus of this is to support the enhancement process of existing Veeva Vault for Promotional materials, working with both IS and business leads as well as vendor, support team and project team members.

Top Must-Have Skill Sets:
  • Strong understanding of Veeva Vault software & US promotional process.
  • Engage with business teams within GRAAS & Commercial, to gather clear requirements and business needs, facilitating enhancement design and testing processes.
  • Business analyst skills required.
  • Individual need to be able to work alone and within a team very effectively with minimum guidance.
 
Basic Qualifications and Skills:
  • Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of Veeva Vault software & US promotional process.
  • Engage with business teams within GRAAS & Commercial, to gather clear requirements and business needs.
  • Facilitate enhancement design and testing processes.
  • Understanding and experience with Veeva Vault software.
  • Understand business requirements for process changes and understand impact to system configuration.
  • Individual need to be able to work alone and within a team very effectively with minimum guidance.
  • Attend daily scrum calls, and meetings and provide regular update to project team.
  • Roles requires highly engagement with multiple business partners, vendors and project team members.
  • Need to have experience working in GxP environment and ability to follow IS change control process.
  • Understanding of client change control processes a bonus.
  • Experience of business process analysis.
  • Business analysis consulting experience.
  • Experience as a participating team member on major business process improvement initiatives in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong reporting and analysis skills.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Demonstrates an urgency to achieve goals and can be relied upon to deliver results.
  • Ability to handle varying amounts of information, distill key points drawing practical conclusions translating into a strong business case and clear business requirements.
  • Superior interviewing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills: oral, written, presentation, facilitation and interpersonal.
  • Maintain and build client relationships.
  • Negotiate with and influence clients to achieve optimal business results.
  • Ability to effectively work with others with a diversity of communication styles and technical areas of expertise.
  • Demonstrates the ability to lead the planning, design and implementation of projects.
  • Computer knowledge/skills with the following: Windows XP, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Visio (versions 2000 or higher).
  • Strong working knowledge of large format plotter printers and related software job template for special exceptions.
  • Technical bachelor’s degrees preferred.
