3 Key Consulting is hiring a Specialist IS Architect for a consulting engagement with our direct client, a leading global bio-pharmaceutical company.
 
Job Summary:
  • Biotech/pharm experience not mandatory.
  • Provide architectural direction and guide the delivery of data, application, and systems solutions to support business goals of Amgen with the Hire to Retire Domain.
  • Oversee integration development between Amgen vendors in support of the Workday Time & Payroll transition. Drive testing & deployment of these integration to productions.

Top Must have Skill Sets:
  • 5+ Years of HRIS experience with a strong focus on Workday Time & Payroll Capabilities
  • 5+ Years HR Data & Integration delivery (Workday HCM experience preferred)
  • Ability to oversee vendor integration development and drive integration test & deployment.
 
Day-To-Day Responsibilities:
  • Support integration workstream of the Amgen Workday Time & Payroll Project
  • Communicate with vendor contacts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify Amgen specific requirements and enter into vendor owned repository.
  • Identify and resolve defects related to integration testing.
  • Building test data and performing testing within Workday for integrations.

Interview Process:

We can start interviewing immediately. This resource will be supporting the Workday Time and Payroll project.
Interviews - 2 interviews per candidate. 1 will be a screening interview with the hiring manager and the 2nd would be the final panel interview with Kim Worrell, Truong Do and Phu Nguyen
