3 Key Consulting is hiring an Associate Project Management for a consulting engagement with our direct client, a leading global biopharmaceutical company.

Job Description:
We are looking for a candidate with Learning Management System (LMS)/Sum Total, and Role-based Curriculum (RBC) subject matter expertise.  LMS/RBC SME (comprehensive knowledge of RBC business administration and LMS).
  • RBC strategy and maintenance
  • Monthly assessment and ad hoc requests
  • Add/remove staff requests
  • Add/remove learning activities
  • RBC research and analysis
  • Compliance Reporting
  • LMS Reports/Metrics
  • Project Management
  • Document Common Processes
  • Portal & Document Repository Maintenance
  • Assist w/ LMATC requests, rosters and forms
  • Workstream participation
  • ILT &VILT Logistics Knowledge
  • Inspection/Audit Readiness
  • Compliance with client’s policies and procedures
  • Vendor management
  • Assessor Management and Training
  • Stakeholder communication

Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Work with business clients to administer the role-based curriculum (RBC) (which is the assignment of required and recommended training to staff based on their role) within the Learning Management System
    • Administer updates to RBC ad hoc basis
    • Ensure staff are assigned to Role-based Curriculum
    • Perform Training Impact Assessments with LA owners
    • Maintain process documentation
    • Develop and maintain tools which support the RBC
    • Lead or provide input to process improvement in areas of support
  • Prepare and distribute training reports
  • Develop and maintain identified SharePoint sites
  • Monitor team shared mailbox – respond to inquiries, fulfill requests, triage when needed, monitor team shared training calendar
  • Assist Learning Professionals with training logistics and LMS support
  • Special projects as needed
