3 Key Consulting is hiring a Supply Chain Manager for a consulting engagement with our direct client, a leading global biopharmaceutical company.

Job Description:
  • Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of project-oriented work efforts.
  • Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for Asia Pacific (JAPAC) Supply Chain to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations.
  • Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality review; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately.
  • Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers.
  • Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impact the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort being managed.
  • Assists Project Manager(s) and/or Program Manager(s) in identifying and prioritizing opportunities for utilizing IT to achieve the goals of the enterprise.
  • Must possess advanced knowledge and proficiency in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques.
  • This is an individual contributor role without human resource management responsibilities (e.g., hiring, performance management).
  • Manages one or more projects of medium to high complexity.
  • More senior role has responsibility for large, complex, cross-functional or multiple projects with greater impact to the enterprise.
  • Represent JAPAC and actively shape global design on key strategic global supply chain initiatives based on in depth understanding of regional needs.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with IS and continuously improve critical business/IS processes and service level agreements.
  • Own and manage JAPAC’s E2E Visibility reporting platform to ensure data accuracy and drive process improvements and future enhancements.
  • Act as project lead for critical JAPAC capability build projects and work cross-functionally to ensure deliverables are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Troubleshoot SAP system issues related to master data, plan to stock, and order to cash processes and translating it to IS for resolution.
  • Act as subject matter expert for SAP order to cash, specialized shipping, and jurisdictional control attributes in SAP.
  • Advise team manager in project portfolio management through evaluation of team resources, budget, and business need.
  • Own and manage JAPAC’s portfolio of SOPs and ensure training compliance for the region and identify process improvements in JAPACs training strategy.

Top Must Have Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience in ERP environments like SAP.
  • Working knowledge of order-to-cash processes from a setup and execution side (Process of setting up system to enable purchase orders to be received).
  • Analytical and interpretation skills with ability to anticipate challenges and seek opportunities for continuous improvement.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with client Partnership Leads to perform gap assessment for SAP infrastructure for new partner set-ups and provide support for issue resolution
  • Drive SAP setup including IS built for new sales organization & company codes, testing OTC transaction to ensure business requirements are met
  • Support partner set up in SAP based on identified financial and physical flows to ensure flawless order management
  • Setup and maintain partner customer and material master data in SAP
  • Ensure partners are operating in compliance with client’s Purchase Order process, provide partner training when required, and help to resolve any system issues
  • Manage client partner invoicing and credit payments to ensure proper netting of contractual financial arrangements; provide technical issue resolution related to billing transactions in SAP
  • Manage Global Partnership Supply’s specialized shipping process through close coordination with Site Manufacturing and Quality functions
  • Maintain partner disposition documents in client systems based on SAP reports & Smartsheet tracking tool
  • Conduct month-end closings and provide updates through standardized reports
  • Represent GPS and actively shape global design on key strategic global supply chain initiatives based on in depth understanding of regional needs
  • Develop and implement cross-regional (JAPAC and GPS) tools and resources to standardize process, training, and support for end business users
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with IS and continuously improve critical business/IS processes and service level agreements
  • Act as project lead for critical GPS capability build projects and work cross-functionally to ensure deliverables are met throughout the project lifecycle
  • Troubleshoot SAP system issues related to master data, plan to stock, and order to cash processes and translating it to IS for resolution
  • Act as subject matter expert for SAP order to cash, specialized shipping, and jurisdictional control attributes in SAP
  • Provide comprehensive SAP training to end users in both GPS and JAPAC SC organizations
