3 Key Consulting is hiring a Project Manager for a consulting engagement with our direct client, a leading global biopharmaceutical company.
Job Description: Over the course of a project, the Project Manager will need to communicate with staff and clients, make decisions and monitor the progress of the project to keep it on schedule. Important duties and responsibilities for a Project Manager include:
Manages one or more high-level, complex non-technical projects within the constraints of
scope, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements.
Assisting in the definition of project scope and goals
Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals
Allocate resources to all project phases (i.e. feasibility study, requirements, analysis,
ROI, business plan, design, testing, and implementation planning).
Lead cross-functional teams and manage external resources required for project completion.
Ensures all project requirements and/or objectives are documented and maintain the standards expected performing quality control

Top Must-Have Skill Sets:
SAP ECC experience with S&D and/or SAP TM is a MUST
Experience with healthcare industry a MUST (healthcare supplier chain -- healthcare distribution/ operations is a highly preferred)
Understanding of Project Management Institute framework
Experience with IS project management and analyst methodologies and best practices
Bachelors degree (minimum) + 3+ years of 'hands on/ real world' experience
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Manage schedule, budget, and resources for SAP enhancements and Operational Excellence initiatives.
Manage business requirements in conjunction with IS resources, manage change control documentation, technical writing for SOPs, OQ script execution, and end user collaboration.
