3 Key Consulting is hiring a Project Management Coordinator-Remote for a consulting engagement with our direct client, a leading global bio-pharmaceutical company.
Job Summary: Support project management activities for Contract Lifecycle Management initiative. Ability to learn new technology quickly and high aptitude to learn or knowledge of contract structures and relationships. Detail oriented, organized, reliable, and respond promptly to requests. Track project progress in Excel and deliverables and report to project manager. Perform tasks independently with minimal supervision, in addition to working on teams to accomplish tasks. Coordination with the project manager is essential.
Skills: Accurate data entry MS Office proficiency Ariba experience a plus Strong written and verbal skills Basic Educational Requirement: High-school diploma or GED
Top Must have Skill Sets: Detail oriented Highly organized Technology Savvy
Day-To-Day Responsibilities: Download contract documents from existing contract repository and move them to a secure folder using a specific folder structure. Update existing Excel spreadsheet to track and report progress, identify gaps or issues.
