3 Key Consulting is hiring a Project Manager, NPI/Biopharma for a consulting engagement with our direct client, a leading global biopharmaceutical company.

Job Description:
  • Support the NPI Tech Transfer Lead with initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure of Commercial Drug Product NPI projects.
  • Supporting and ensuring successful cross-functional collaboration with multiple teams across the Drug Product network.
  • Driving results through cross-functional teams - Process Engineering, Site PD, Supply Chain, Operation, Quality, Regulatory etc.
  • Establishing project management tools, templates and processes to ensure projects are delivered on time, adhere to the highest quality standards and meet customer expectations.
  • Responsible for drafting, updating and monitoring project plans, identifying resource needs and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately.
  • Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers.
  • Work with the NPI Lead on coordinating communication with all areas of the business that impacts the scope, risk and resources of the work effort being managed.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes related to the project management of new product introduction projects.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the NPI lead in successful planning, organizing and delivery of NPI projects
  • Managing NPI Project Plans
  • Utilizing project management experience and tools to evaluate, track and report on project performance.
  • Identify, drive and deliver on continuous improvement opportunities related to the project management of new product introduction projects.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders (on-site and cross network)
  • Facilitating NPI project delivery meetings

Basic Qualifications:
  • Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools
  • PMP nice to have with 3 YOE
