3 Key Consulting is hiring a Project Manager for a consulting engagement with our direct client, a leading global biopharmaceutical company.
Job Description: The Project Manager (PM) supports multiple leaders within company’s HR Team, reporting to the HR Director. The PM will support a culture change program, including logistics, communications, vendor partnership, assessment administration, customer service, and reporting. Additionally, the PM works closely with the team to support organizational needs, assist in project management and ensure appropriate processes are in place to streamline and execute work on HR team initiatives.
The PM is responsible for independently providing project management for fast-paced, global projects and programs. They will be responsible for managing and tracking budgets and providing oversight of vendor contracts and invoicing, as needed. They may serve as a project team member and attend core team meetings to ensure an understanding of issues and open items with regards to initiatives. The PM will also assist project leads in partnering with key internal collaborative partners (e.g., Corporate Communications, HR Project Management Office, Global Learning & Performance, HR Operations) to drive implementation of processes and tools. They will also be responsible for project tracking (i.e., budget, database, timelines), as well as demonstrating the ability to interact with various levels of internal leadership and external vendors. In addition, this role will be responsible for developing and maintaining team SharePoint sites (or other sites), including site layout, and content development access. This person will also be responsible for aligning content roll out with our internal learning management system. This person will be responsible for driving global change and would have experience driving global, complex and matrix projects.
3+ years of experience in project management in a corporate environment
Prior experience working in Human Resources
Strong knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, TEAMS, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
Experience processing invoices in accounts payable system
Experience managing and tracking budgets
Experience managing contracts and vendor relationships
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work agile in response to frequent change, shifting gears and working effectively despite ambiguity
Must be able to recognize and reorganize priorities
Ability to think proactively by identifying potential issues and looking for opportunities for continuous improvement
Strong interest in HR, Culture and/or Talent Development programs
Previous biopharma experience
This role expected to be detail oriented and ensure the program stays on track. Expecting this individual to roll up their sleeves and jump in to help as needed and is open to feedback to continue to be most effective in role.
The role can be remote with minimal need to be on campus in Thousand Oaks.
