3 Key Consulting is hiring a Lab Support Technician for a consulting engagement with our direct client, a leading global biopharmaceutical company.
Job Description: Provides general laboratory support to the Research and Development laboratories. This candidate will report into Research & Development Strategic Operations site leads and will work closely with key contacts in Research laboratory functions and Research & Development Lab Operations team members. This resource will interface with the scientific communities and critical resource groups like Lab Asset Management Program (LAMP), Lab Consumables and Scientific Services (LCSS), EHSS, Facilities and purchasing to name a few. Knowledge of regulatory (GLP and GCP) and pharmaceutical processes is highly recommended
Follows all applicable SOPs and procedures.
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 25 lbs
Basic Qualifications: Associate or Bachelor degree preferred with 2-4 years of experience related to laboratory support or project management.

Day to Day Responsibilities: General lab and equipment upkeep; place work orders for facility or equipment repairs/maintenance. Oversee asset purge process to remove assets needing replacement. Perform SOP driven activities to ensure GLP regulatory compliance. Act as primary response contact for cold storage monitoring, address alarms and complete necessary documentation.
