3 Key Consulting is hiring!  We are recruiting an Engineer, Test Methods/Studies Development for a consulting engagement with our direct client, a leading global biotechnology company. 

Job Description: 
Position involves support of senior staff in the initiation, design, and delivery of projects. Employ engineering skills and practices to gather product / device performance requirements and translate them into test procedures:
•    Develop fixturing and/or equipment to perform testing
•    Create test procedures to test product / device requirements
•    Validate the suitability and performance through engineering studies
•    Qualify/Validate the performance of Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) systems

Top Must Have Skill Sets: 
•    Technical Writing / Documentation
•    Engineering (Mechanical or Biomedical preferred)
•    Basic Statistics
•    CAD skills (Solid Works etc.)

Day to Day Responsibilities: 
Method Validation:
•    Meet with stakeholders to gather user needs, test parameters and requirements
•    Create and review test procedures, data, and reports.
•    Develop test studies using existing methodologies to assess method performance
•    Perform testing to support method performance

Equipment Qualification and Lifecycle Support
•    Create qualification documentation
•    Perform test procedures to support equipment qualification
•    Implement process improvements, and develop technical changes as needed.

Basic Qualifications: 
Master degree OR Bachelor degree and 2 years of experience OR Associate degree and 6 years of experience OR High school diploma / GED and 8 years of experience
•    Mechanical engineering / CAD
•    Statistics (Basic Statistics, GR&R, ANOVA, Comparability)
•    Technical Writing

Red Flags: 
Frequent job changes (multiple 1 year experiences)

Interview Process: 
•    One 30 minute interview (virtual)
•    Two 45 minute panel interviews (virtual or in-person) 3-5 people may be included on the panel interviews
