3 Key Consulting is hiring an Training Coordinator for a consulting engagement with our direct client, a leading global biopharmaceutical company.
 
Job Description:
* Candide will be working on site.
* 3 years of experience.
* This is strictly a coordinator, logistics, administration role.
* Attention to detail is extremely important.
 
As a member of the Global Commercial Learning and Performance team, the candidate will work with the Operations and Technology group to provide logistical and administrative support. The candidate must be a self-starter with a commitment to accuracy and delivering excellent results. In this role, this person will be responsible for:
  • Report creation in various systems (LMS, Degreed) and analysis.
  • Assist with the creation and administration of records management systems.
  • Process documentation and upkeep of operations manual.
  • Load new training material into and fulfill other requests related to the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Update and maintain Training checklists while working with trainers to ensure curricula are accurate.
  • Assist with budget coordination as needed.
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and participate in implementing change.
  • Able to manage files (paper and electronic).
  • Maintain databases and trackers.
  • Other projects as assigned.

  • SharePoint and BOX.
  • Experience with business analysis tool Tableau a plus.
  • Previous experience in biotech industry a plus.
  • College Degree preferred.
 
 
Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Process LMS requests.
  • Revise and manage training checklists and update curricula in close collaboration with trainers.
  • Run reports.
  • Access key systems for metrics and make updates.
  • Communicate with colleagues on requests and provide information / assistance.
 
 
Basic Qualifications:
