3 Key Consulting is hiring a Graphic Designer for a consulting engagement with our direct client, a leading global bio-pharmaceutical company.
Job Summary:

The Graphic Designer role is responsible for layout, visual appearance, and usability of brand strategies. Candidates should be able to collaborate and coordinate with team members, have a strong sense of creativity and humor, be able to work under pressing deadlines and be able to accommodate a variable work schedule.

  • Producing designs targeted at our users for a variety of product configurations: websites, banner ads, social networks, promotional pieces, print, brochures, etc.
  • Ensuring quality and optimization of imagery for maximum efficiency and usability.
  • Coordinate acquisition of assets, specs, and timelines.
  • Participating in projects as lead or team member: usability research and implementation of findings, project managing, quality assurance, documentation, etc.
  • Testing products for functionality and accessibility.
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in graphic design industry.
  • Proven ability in the creation and direction of quality digital/online graphic design.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to work in a team environment in situations in which ambiguity and multiple priorities are likely.
  • Excellent ability to write, speak, and use images to clearly and persuasively communicate in technical and non-technical subjects with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and plan ahead, anticipating issues before they arise.
  • Reputed for being detail-oriented and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver against strict deadlines

    Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity of UX/UI design fundamentals
  • Proficiency with design tools (not limited to) such as Figma, Vectary, Photoshop etc.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Familiarity with any programming language, Python and Java will be a plus.
  • Familiarity with Sharepoint webpage design, Visual studio and Sharepoint forms
  • Knowledge of Visual studio.

Top Must have Skill Sets:

Day-To-Day Responsibilities:
  • Form a part of the design team in the revamping of the Platforms portal with guidance from external engagement.
  • Form a part of the design team in setting up the Next Gen Manufacturing Technology Portal.
  • Implement Share point webpage for the Platforms portal and the Next Gen Manufacturing Technology .
  • Portal based on input from the design Team.
  • Engage with design team in the implementation of the Dynamic Integrated Study map and its automation using Smartsheet/Medusa/Excel.
  • Become a member of the DPT digital community and engage on department wide initiatives.

Other initiatives:
  • Create dashboards to track and monitor web analytics and key metrics to analyze flows.
  • Design and implement from fundamental UX principles, enhancements to current Platforms Portal.
  • Design and implement UI principles, in enhancements to current dashboarding/reporting/presentation templates.
  • Act as a UX promoter within the group.
  • Present enhancements implemented during to the leadership team.
