3 Key Consulting is hiring an Associate Contract Management for a consulting engagement with our direct client, a leading global biopharmaceutical company.

Support the CfOR organization by managing study contracts, financials, reports and study timelines, and by working with the Client Responsible Employees within CfOR to manage, track and analyze key operational data. The Associate is responsible to stay informed of best practices and provide innovative, impactful ideas to optimize processes to support the organization’s growth strategies.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Manage observational study budget, resourcing, key deliverables, and contracts for department RAEs.
  • Lead the development of realistic timelines, from contracting to final study reporting.
  • Maintaining accuracy of clinical study timelines information and work with RAE to ensure accurate timelines.
  • Work with the SP&O lead to manage key meetings (e.g. Budget planning meetings, Advisory Committee, project review meetings).
  • Support contracting activities (as appropriate) for the organization.
  • Develop and own processes to track and collaborate with stakeholders to successfully fulfill critical milestones for studies.
  • Responsible for quarterly sunshine report for compliance.
  • Adhering to all Amgen policies, clinical development processes, SOPs and clinical project management processes.
 
 
Basic Qualifications:
  • Procurement experience.
  • e-sourcing experience.
  • Biotech industry experience.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
