3 Key Consulting is hiring a Scientist Senior Associate for a consulting engagement with our direct client, a leading global biopharmaceutical company.


100% remote opportunity. Flexible hours.
WORKDAY HR data/reporting Exp is a must for this role.

Job Description:
Analyze Human Resources data and support projects involving data sensing, consolidation via data warehouse technology, general HR reporting, predictive analytics, and statistical analyses for the People Services organization in their broader support to all company internal organizations. Provide project support, best practice consulting, and customer facing support in developing requirements.

Will assist the HR Data Sensing manager with technical enablement of HR data sensing global rollout for reporting use cases via the following existing and future technologies:
  • Workday Native Reporting
  • Workday Prism (future)
  • SAS
  • Excel
  • Visier
  • Birst
  • Tableau
  • Must ork independently with little supervision
     
Skills:
  • Experience with secondary market research data: human resources reporting experience/exposure SAS programming
  • MS Excel
  • VBA skills
  • Advanced Workday reporting, business object database and calculated field creation.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Initially serving as part of the global HR Data Sensing project team and meet deliverables for analysis of existing data sets
  • Research and answer questions regarding technical enablement of a self-service 'data mart' for HR data
  • Perform data migration assistance as needed
  • Product proof of concepts for review by broader project team
  • Assist with implementation of enterprise wide reporting tool
  • Coordinate and partner with internal technical teams for data mapping and connectivity
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Post project implementation: continue to support use case development and roll out, partner with
  • HR Data Sensing manager on requirements for enablement and best practices, maintain and support final data solutions on going.
