3 Key Consulting is hiring an Associate Training & Development for a consulting engagement with our direct client, a leading global bio-pharmaceutical company.

Job Summary:
  • Works with Learning Management System (LMS) Administrators to ensure that courses are deployed in a timely manner. Completes required integration documentation and release notices.
  • Orchestrates feedback and reviews process between external vendors and internal subject matter experts.
  • Directly addresses and solves client requests related to deployed courseware on the client’s Learning Management System.
  • Organizes meetings between vendors, content development staff, and internal clients.
  • Monitors project plans to assure that project milestones are met according to defined deadlines.
  • Writes and creates communication material for e-Learning course releases.
  • Skills: training experience; experience working in a training department focusing on training materials creation and deployment

Top Must have Skill Sets:
  • Experience using training systems (e.g. Learning Management System) and associated processes within a regulated environment
  • experience in project management (managing projects, defining scope, overseeing budget, tracking milestones)
  • Effective communication and writing skills

Day-To-Day Responsibilities:
  • Supports development of eLearning or Instructor Led Training courses
  • Ensures training materials are integrated with the client Learning Management System and assigned per defined business processes
  • Ensures that training content is current, sustained, and reflects all compliance standards
  • Conducts training impact assessment for training activities and assignments that are tracked in the LMS
  • Partners with managers or their delegates to develop training assignment portfolios and to ensure that appropriate staff are assigned or removed from training, as needed
  • Manages assigned projects
  • Serves as internal client's first point of contact for training questions
  •  Supports training team to complete day-to-day tasks for clients and projects
