Supports development of eLearning or Instructor Led Training courses
Ensures training materials are integrated with the client Learning Management System and assigned per defined business processes
Ensures that training content is current, sustained, and reflects all compliance standards
Conducts training impact assessment for training activities and assignments that are tracked in the LMS
Partners with managers or their delegates to develop training assignment portfolios and to ensure that appropriate staff are assigned or removed from training, as needed
Manages assigned projects
Serves as internal client's first point of contact for training questions
Supports training team to complete day-to-day tasks for clients and projects
