3 Key Consulting is hiring a Telecom Expense Management “TEM” Analyst for a consulting engagement with our direct client, a leading global bio-pharmaceutical company.
Job Summary:
- The Telecom Expense Management “TEM” Analyst role will be responsible for the day-to-day activities related to processing of the client Telecom related vendor invoice totaling $25M annually.
- This role will independently and proactively manage client’s 3rd party TEM’s bill processing vendor Tangoe to ensure accurate cost center allocation for chargeback.
- They will work with internal IS and Finance stakeholders daily.
- This role will manage network inventory build and monthly financial report generation and possible participate in the transition to new billing platforms.
- This function falls with the IS organization and will also be part of ongoing initiatives to drive process improvements and productivity.
- It is critical this role have experience in managing TEM’s providers and processes with emphasis on finance report such as Expense Trends, Accruals and Forecasting.
- This role will need work independently with internal and external customers meeting critical deadlines.
- Thorough knowledge of Voice and Data provisioning and contracts with various carriers to maintain of internal inventory builds and assist in provisioning.
- Candidate will be based in our Thousand Oaks location and work closely with teams located in our Tampa Capability Center which is our state of art center serving as a base for finance, information systems and human resource professionals but not limited to as we have locations across the world
- 3-5 Year required Experience in TEM’s Processes, Vendor Management with Tangoe, Carrier Provisioning, Basic Finance Concepts with strong emphasis on quality required.
- Microsoft Excel, ability to create pivot tables, perform vlookup for data comparisons, ability to manipulate large volumes of data.
- SAP,
- Powerpoint,
- 1 year experience WebEx, Microsoft Teams, Miro, Box
