3 Key Consulting is hiring an External Supply Communications Managerfor a consulting engagement with our direct client, a leading global bio-pharmaceutical company.
Key Deliverables in External Supply Operations
Support All-Staff and Town Hall Communications.
Create External Facing Communications to suppliers, contract manufacturers and other partners.
Create standard communications for External Supply to audiences within the organization as well as other parts of Amgen.
Storytelling for various aspects of External Supply and to support our engagement plan
Develop and support global internal communication plans and strategies:
Proactively partner with groups across External Supply to execute and manage programs that advance staff communications and engagement.
Evaluate internal communication platforms and recommend enhancements and improvements to overall channels, usage, and processes.
Create, develop, and support content (written and visual) to enhance internal communications (eCards, digital signage, memos, organizational announcements, etc.).
Assist the External Supply leadership team with communication to other parts of Amgen Operations about important issues.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to create streamlined, organized, and simplified communication content and channels to minimize confusion while meeting various needs and preferences for staff globally.
Develop leadership communication principles and best practices
Devise and execute internal communication strategies and programs in line with business objectives.
Develop communication plans, guidance, and playbook for leadership team.
Create site identity and branding for internal staff and Operations/Amgen facing communication
Brand communication planning and execution
Support driving cultural change through embedding and fostering new internal collaboration tools
Develop messaging to support site identity, attract internal talent and drive overall engagement and connection
Basic Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related field
5+ years of corporate communication experience
Previous internal communications experience will be preferred.
Capable of managing shifting priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
Sensitivity to diverse groups of people both internal and external with the ability to manage many different opinions and perspectives, including an ability to work with ambiguity.
