3 Key Consulting is hiring a Specialist Business Analyst -Remote for a consulting engagement with our direct client, a leading global bio-pharmaceutical company.

Job Summary:

Client is implementing Payroll in the US, Puerto Rico and Canada with a projected go live of 1/1/23. We are seeking a Workday Payroll expert that can help with project deliverables, testing, conversion items, configuration and support for the project. Candidate must have previous Payroll implementation experience and Payroll configuration experience. Configuration in other Workday modules is also a plus.

Top Must have Skill Sets:
  • Workday Payroll module implementation experience
  • Workday Payroll configuration experience
  • Strong communicational skills will be dealing with higher ups (VP's for example)
  • Strong independent worker

Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Workday Payroll project and deliverables.
  • Support where needed including configuration, UAT, documentation, EIBs as needed for cut over, general support for business users.
  • Candidate will also have the opportunity to perform configuration in other Workday modules.

Red Flags:
No Workday Payroll experience
No implementation experience
No configuration experience
