Job Description:
Lead and maintain the integrity and security of the client’s IT Security environment and establish policies/procedures on system use and services. Evaluate, recommend, design, and implement IT Security tools and services to meet business objectives. Mentor and train team members. Act as a point of escalation and subject matter expert for IT Security tools.
Leading, Mentoring and Coaching a team of engineers and analyst on assigned application in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) space. Additional responsibilities include:

Job Description:
Lead and maintain the integrity and security of the client’s IT Security environment and establish policies/procedures on system use and services. Evaluate, recommend, design, and implement IT Security tools and services to meet business objectives. Mentor and train team members. Act as a point of escalation and subject matter expert for IT Security tools.
Leading, Mentoring and Coaching a team of engineers and analyst on assigned application in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) space. Additional responsibilities include:
- Supporting SCRUM
- Writing P&P documents
- Create and Facilitate training
- Managing vendor support for application
- Responsible for stability of product
- Server as Escalated level of support
- Provide 2nd level oncall support
- Act as Product Owner
Top Must-Have Skill Sets:
- Radiant Logic
- Azure
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in the IT Security field or a related area.
- In-depth working knowledge of RadiantLogic, to support team and decision-making
- Experience in IAM space
- Leading a team
- Lead and facilitate calls with vendor, customers, and leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Systems Security or Administration certifications such as CISSP, GSEC, Linux+, Security+, Network+, Cloud+, CCNA, or CCSA are preferred.
