Change Management training/ experience would be highly preferred

Day-To-Day Responsibilities:
Driving project management needs for a new Talent Acquisition System global implementation.
This will require strong attention to detail, meeting coordination, meeting minutes, follow-up, training facilitation and communications creation.
As well as proactive escalation of impediments and dependencies.
Partnering with project lead, TA Business partner and technical team.
